*It is possible to decide to use drinking water, inventory or yomeishu to get some gravy to go with the rice afterwards. Individually, I choose to use Yomeishu since it offers the chicken mid-joint more flavours and great aroma. It is usually much less of a hassle than to get ready the stock. ? d
